i also suffer from anxiety and tend to think a lot. Things that some people wouldn't even give a second thought.

Get in the gym!!! Eat clean, lift heavy. I've come to realize your diet is critical to every and all processes in your body, including mood. Get out of your pad and Meet other people and learn from them, introduce yourself to everyone. I don't know about the anxiety--you can talk to a psychiatrist and get on a SSRI tho if they prescribe you.

Honestly, and I'm probably gonna be looked at like a piece of shit and gonna get downvotes... But alcohol and weed.
They let me say things I held back and made me realize the negative feedback for my words wasn't as bad as i had imagined.
List your strengths and anything you're good at, and take a moment to think about them. Exercise, work out, eat healthy, whatever it is, feeling good physically can help you mentally.
I took salsa tango swing and ballroom dance classes they force you to get comfortable with women
Don't think too much and I usually try new things and try to be good at them
I started lifting. Everybody be mirin nowadays
