Have you ever messed up on a diet/weight loss journey?



When you eat bad.. I've been eating bad on my journey so. Much this month.. I still exercise 1hour 4 days a week.. What do you do? I know everyone has those days where they don't feel like working out or eating right or mess up on a diet.. what do you suppose to do?
