Hello everybody
I'm kinda struggeling with getting smaller. I am 1,68 m and weigh about 64 kg.
My issue is when I work out, I focus on getting more slim or leaner, I don't wanna get bigger thighs or arms. I just want to be toned.
I dont actually know what Im doing wrong. Im doing cardio and some strenghttraining for my butt and arms. But it seems like my thighs are building more muscles and getting bigger.
How can I work on my stomache to be flat, my butt a bit bigger and getting toned arms and back without getting huge.
