You can either not touch it and wait till it goes away in a few days, or you can pop it. If your going to pop it, grab a needle and gentle poke the white head sideways, after that simply pop it like you normally would and drain it really well. Last thing is to ice it, grab one ice cube wrapped in a paper towel and ice the popped pimple for 5-10 mins. Ice it 2 more times that day and by the next morning your pimple will be gone
Buy a comedone extractor and toner. Use the toner aftrr you extract all your white and blackheads. I dont do this that often tho cause my dermatologist wouldn't like it

Tea tree oil and limit sugar intake. Also I drink a lot more water.
