I see talent as being crucial! For how many is this statement true?

I know that for me, talent means almost everything. Of course personality is very important too, but where others see physical beauties as being the second most important feature (some even see it as a first) I see talent as being crucial!

So...for how many of you does pure talent [perhaps mixed with hard/semi-hard work] represents a huge turn on/or a huge plus?

And why?

That really depends on what the talent is, for me anyway.

A girl who can cook, for example. That's great! Not because I'm of the opinion that a woman has to do the cooking, but I love food and I'm not a great cook myself. Also, I love to cook alongside my girlfriend.

Talens in music and sports are really nice too, especially when both in the couple can develop their talents together.

But some talents aren't turn-ons. Not for me, anyway. Those talents would be things that do not have a good, practical use, for example being really good at chess.

Of course, if you're great, great at chess, you can earn money on it. And I respect people who are so great at this awesome game. But... It's ust not a turn-on for me.

It is CRUCIAL! Talent means that person has found his/her place in the universe. And they're the lucky ones. =o)
