How to lose weight (in a HEALTHY way)?

Lol, I mean i'd like to maybe lose a little weight, or maybe by that I just mean tone up.
My eating habits? Nooot so great. I skip breakfast bc I get horrible stomach pains and nausea when I eat in the morning and I don't like typical breakfast food. I usually skip dinner and end up eating at like 9:00 and its snacks, not healthy food. Due to my fast metabolism it hasn't really caught up with me yet and i'm thin, but its probably going to mess up my eating habits in the future. How do I fix my eating habits and what exercises should I do? Also, what are some excellent food choices not high in calories and very nutritional? Thanks!
