Track your calories so you know exactly how much you're eating, drink lots of water, eat healthy food that isn't processed, and try to workout 4 days a week minimum. Do weight training first, then cardio and alternate what muscles you're working on each day. Make sure to also give your body a day of rest each week. You might not reach your goal weight, but muscle is leaner than fat so you will lose inches faster than kg's.
Ultimately you want to burn more calories in the day than you take it. Good luck!

You have a month and change so it seems doable.
You need to pay close attention to what you eat and you should work out. There is no losing 4 kg in a month if you don't workout unless you starve yourself. In the odd case that you do, you would lose more of your muscles than your fat. Go to the gym 4 times a week, work out at least 2 hrs each time. Do not eat greasy and junk food and it will happen. I have lost 7 kg in 2 months doing that and I am 35. It should be even more efficient for you.
Your weight is fine for your height. But since you wouldn't want us to say that, try searching on Google for 'ways to become anorexic'. You'll have your answer.
