I did 30 miles with a 50 pound pack not long ago, it was painful and took some time to recover from, but doable. If I had a good pack, with even weight distribution, and an even path to walk I could probably do 100 pounds for a mile. Maybe if I was having a good day or the right motivation I could go as high as 120. Like carrying an injured friend on my back down a mountain, but I would likely need frequent breaks.

Wow, I have no idea... might be interesting to try. I lift and row all the time but I've never combined weights and cardio. If I only had to walk, I'm betting I could 20 or 25lbs, provided I'm allowed to shift the weight from hand to hand. If I had to run... I dunno.
Well I've carried over 75lbs of gear in a framed pack whilst hiking the FL Trail...

It would depend, ideal conditions, a good backpack and a level paved surface at least 200 lbs, probably a good deal more.
The average WWI infantryman was expected to march a minimum of 15 miles a day carrying 80 lbs of equipment and I'm much larger and stronger than the average WWI infantryman.185lbs. I can walk a mile no problem
I have no idea.
