How do you take care of your hair?

My hair is thinning :'(

I shampoo every other day, use hair oil after everytime i wash my hair, never use heat styling tools (except when i go to salon to get my hair done), get a trim every 6-8 weeks, do hot oil treatment once a week. Yea that's pretty much all. I rarely have hair falls, never have split ends (I always trim even tho i have no split ends btw), and my hair is pretty thick for an indonesian.

Try using coconut oil for your thinning hair.

Do you apply oil before showering? what oil do you use?

Before shower, i like to massage it for 10-15 mns then put a showercap over it, wait for at least an hr then wash it off. Oh and make sure your hair is damp before applying the oil, it makes it easier for you to rinse it of later on.

I use virgin coconut oil, which is what i find works best for me.

You can start taking biotin, they're relatively cheap, don't use heat products on your hair or try limiting the amount, don't wash it a lot and use hair masks! Also make sure your diet is healthy and you're drinking heaps of water

I used to heat my hair. Now I don't but my hair is still thinning

Well i had the same problem an couple of years ago. So i put henna mixed with coffee in my hair and my hair became thicker and healthy. But henna does make your hair a bit red tinted.
