Download some job apps, you can apply for a lot more jobs in less time that way. In the mean time you could always do some charity work to gain experience if you don't have that much that is. What did you want to study? Maybe you could do some of your own studying at home to better yourself in the subject until you get the money together. Maybe do a goal broad? But pictures of the body you want, dream job, house and so on, put it on your wall or somewhere you can see it everyday. Do yourself diy homemade spa treatments to make yourself feel better. As for eating and exercise, just make one or two small changes to your diet everyday. Like trade in tea/coffee for green tea, pop/soda for water, chocolate bar for special k bar or something like that. Start slow with exercise too just a little each time until you get in the swing of things.

I am trying to meditate regularly but it is quiet hard. So, I decided to sit and meditate for 30secs-1min a day.
And then slowly build up
Do the same with exercise.
Do a cardio workout for 7 mins a day. There a lot of full body workouts on youtube.

Then hit the stock market baby! Become a day trader and take the world by storm! It's easier than it looks. Start with 500 dollars and make them grow by jumping between penny stocks. Watch youtube for advice. I started one year ago as a poor student and I'm currently quite wealthy =) You can exercise while watching the monitor.
Get a friend or two to do it with you, especially if you know someone who is wanting to do the same thing. When it comes to your emotional needs, talk to your friends as openly about it as you can and try to spend as much time as you can with other people.
