Okay so as of a few days ago. I'll be holding stuff and my hands will shake... Help?

Okay so as of a few days ago. I'll be holding somthing not even heavy like my phone with both hands and they will start shaking, they will shake with me holding it with one hand or if I'm not holding my hand up. I'm kinda scared of this.. Any ideas of what this could me? Or why my hands are shaking even when I'm relaxed?

There are so many possibilities. If you are fairly sure that it's not nerves or anxiety, then it could be serious and you need urgent medical attention. Electrolyte imbalances can cause this and they can kill you. Other problems include neurological disorders.

I'm in a small panic now. and if I tell my parents sthey will brush it off so I'm kinda stuck thank you though!!

I'm not trying to panic you, it's just that since I can't see it, there are SO MANY things it could be. I want you to be safe, so I listed the most serious. You're an adult now, so you don't need your parents' OK. The most likely cause is anxiety, but electrolyte imbalances are the most serious. Do you hve any medical history? Some medications can cause this. Also is it ONLY your hands or does it include other muscles? Is it equal on both sides?

Probably the best idea if you have access to call a medical hotline associated with your health insurance.

Do you have a fever? Are you sore from workout? Did you overexert your arms?

I have no fever, nor have I been working out..

Better see a doctor then. Have you been eating normal?

I'm not eating as much I as I used too... Because we don't have as many options so I eat lunch like cheese and some chocolate milk and then.. I guess that's it but I'm not hungry

Yeah that could be it. Even if your body is not hungry it needs a certain amount of nutrients to function normally. Else you will start to feel fatigued which I assume causes the shaking. And cheese and chocolate milk is not lunch. Eat more and see if it goes away. If not see a doctor.

Do you drink a lot of caffeine (Coffee, energy drinks, etc)?
