Would you tell someone that they are gaining weight?

hm.. It depends on who it was. Honestly probably not, because it's a sensitive subject and i'm sure the person gaining weight, knows and doesn't need someone to tell them. If it was someone i was very very very close with and there weight jumped dramatically, i might show concern for them and see how they're doing/if everything is ok, but i wouldn't just straight up tell someone I'm not close to that they're gaining weight as it's none of my business.

If its a close personal friend, I would because id care about their health. But if its a random person like a neighbor.. not really.

Some people will see it as an insult to them, some will see it as you worrying about them, as maybe advice
