How dumb does someone have to be to be relatively young and a smoker?

I mean I guess if you're old and you've been addicted for SOOO long and started before they knew how bad it was, but to actually start when you full out know the impact... how dumb does a person like that have to be?

Teenagers like to rebel. So some might have started smoking to feel cool and rebellious, but then got addicted overtime. The prefrontal cortex (the part of the brain that's involved in decision making) isn't fully developed until 25, so teens are more susceptible to making bad decisions. Peer pressure can happen as well.

You also have to take upbringing into account. Some families are less educated than others.
