I plan an doing body toning once a week (1hour) and pilates once a week (1hour) and maybe some running? But I'm sick right now so no workout for me.
And does anyone know some work out to do at home? preferably something short which I just have to keep doing for a longer period of time? (like 10 minutes a day for several months instead of 1hour a day for one month)
And I don't have any equipment at home.
I look alittle like her on the top left, though I think I have a little less (She isn't me but I found the picture online so I'm guessing it doesn't matter if I post it here?)
