Randomly just had a nosebleed? Can't recall ever having one before?

Ok so I have anxiety, ESPECIALLY about health. So I pretty much just had a panic attack because of a nosebleed, mainly because I felt like it was never going to stop bleeding and I was going to bleed out eventually. I know, it sounds stupid, but I hate anything that happens like this. I'm paranoid about my health.

But anyways, I clogged it with toilet paper and let it stay that way for like 10-15 mins. It was really hard not to check, because I wasn't sure if it would work. I still have a taste in the back of my throat. I guess it's stopped bleeding for the most part, I keep shoving a piece of toilet paper in there every like 5 mins to make sure it isn't bleeding again. It still comes out with blood, but only small spots. It isn't soaked in it like it was 30 mins ago.

Anyways, is this normal or should I talk to a doctor? I do have really bad allergies for the past while, I can barely ever breathe through my nose. My doctor has checked it before and said it was definitely clogged, but didn't say anything else about it. And I do blow my nose quite a bit. But it feels better afterwards. I usually do have a little blood in the tissue, but I've never had a nosebleed. I don't think it's any medications either, I've been on all of them for a good while, and this has never happened.

I know it's pretty common, but I've never had one and I'm paranoid. So anything out of the normal freaks me out.
