I'm curious...by "outdrink" do you mean before someone passes out or throws up? BrodyM20 is pretty on base about everything though. You need to carbo load without getting too full. I've found the perfect food is a chicken quesadilla. Protein + slow acting carbs. Perfect combo to keep you going. It'll keep your blood sugar up. Alcohol will essentially drop your blood sugar, causing you to pass out, so as long as you're keeping it pretty steady while you're going shot for shot against this girl, you'll be good. However, I've found that you'll want to possibly drink a beer with your meal so that your body will be acclimated to the effects of alcohol, but don't drink anything alcoholic after that, just water. And if you eat too closely to the drinking contest, you might vomit, so I'd give it at least 45 minutes to digest a portion. If you can get this girl to agree to a water shot after every third shot, you'll be perfect. Good luck!
P.S. Don't forget to go to the restroom before you start taking shots. You'll definitely go down if you have to take a potty break. Winners don't take potty breaks. haha

this is my lifestyle, check it...
ok first, like 20 min before you start eat greesey food like one carl's jr double western bacon cheesburger and a big water. DONT GET TO FULL THOUGH! this food will soak up a ton of booze and make it hard for the alcohol to react. then don't drink ANYTHING before you start going shot for shot. When you play the game of drink, stay seated(it keeps you from feeling as drunk as you are. doubt you'll be allowed water while you play but if so, just take a sip in between shots. if you smoke cigs and you are allowed too, do so. an energy drink will also help because it makes you less aware of the alcohol intoxicating your brain.
i believe that's it and you'll do great!
P.S. there is no way of keeping a bac percentage low, it affects you the same no matter what you do. but there are ways of keeping your stomache and brain on a good note while your bac shoots through the roof.

A good way would be to build up your alcohol tolerance beforehand, start drinking now, and you'll last longer at the party. Also, before drinking eat a good meal, food in your stomach will slow down your body's absorption of alcohol. Once you start drinking there isn't really any to lower your BAC unfortunately.

Start drinking now, your going to want to get trashed every day up until the contest. This will help you build your tolerance, drink what you will be drinking that night. Before you go out eat some thing with meat and bread, this soaks up the alcohol, sure you'll probably wake up drunk, but you have a better chance of winning. If you can start out fast, I always find its easier to drink when your drunk, so get to that point as fast as possible.While your drinking water isn't going to do anything for you, don't bother. O, and get one of those hangover tablets for the night before or you'll feel like death the next day.
one thing that works for me is I get high just smoke weed it makes you hungrier so you will eat a lot more I outdrink almost all my friends I weigh about 130 they weigh about 180 needless to say I am the smallest of the group but I handle my liquor better I am the first drinking and the last and I am usually just as bad as them
