Since January 21, 2016 I went back to the gym and just did cardio. I do about 75 minutes and burn between 650-750 daily. I know I've lost weight but I don't want to look at the scale and see an unpleasant surprise. I've gone down 2 pants sizes. I was a 13/14, now I'm currently a 9/10. So in the past 42 days, approximately how many pounds have I lost without weighing myself.
