I've been a size zero pant size all my life and I absolutely hate it. I'm not unhealthy but my BMI score does say I am underweight. Is there any way I can gain weight? I eat 3-5 meals a day and I always eat lots of snacks in between. I don't eat junk food and I dont plan on it either. I have irritable bowel syndrome so my food options are somewhat limited. Not too long ago I went on a diet to gain weight where I would eat 6 meals a day and a looot of snacks. By the end of each day I felt as if i would pop. I ate fatty (but healthy) foods like this for at least two weeks and saw no improvement. Because of my stomach issues I'd have the hardest time digesting all the food I was eating so I was super bloated and uncomfortable and sooo constipated that I would go weeks without defecating (sorry lol) even after stopping the diet. What am I doing wrong? Why can't I gain a single damn pound? I'm 19, 5'6 and 110ish lbs and still fit into the same clothes I wore when I was 6.. and it looks super weird having fat almost no where but having my boobs be awkwardly huge. Please help me ):
