Well 10 pounds is possible but it's not advised steady weight loss is always better it allows your body to get used to your diet and exercise levels if people tend to lose weight really fast they tend to put it back on.
uh probably but it's also totally possible you'll be unable to function because you'll be exhausted from depriving your body of everything it needs. but it will also come back super quick.
