How much is possible to lose in a week if you try REALLY REALLY hard?

I have already been losing weight at a steady pace, but I want to kick it in high gear this week. Just wondering what number I should aim for. Is 6 pounds possible? If I do non stop cardio and eat nothing all week except egg whites with spinach or green juice
