I jog 4 times a week, but that's all I do. I'm thinking about starting to go to the gym. Some people here are really into fitness, so I hope you can share your knowledge and give me some advice :)
Take the steps instead of escalators or elevators. (Even if it's 6 flights of steps. The more u do it the easier it will be)
Cut out late night eating
Cut out a lot of fried, greasy food (ex: french fries) and sweets (cookies)
Do sit-ups! Do sit-ups that target your lower abs, upper abs and your obliques.
Do cardio.
