Losing weight on inner thighs and cheeks?

Personally, my figure isn't the bigger sized ones but I have like extra fats on my inner thighs and face. I eat a lot, and I feel like the fats I eat doesn't go to my stomach. They go to my legs and face, making me look like my face is bloating or something. Well for my inner thighs, It's just fat, you can practically see that piece of extra meat vibrating (i'm not sure what's the perfect word for it) when I give my thighs a little nugde. Any tips on getting rid of the fats around my face and my inner thighs?

Unfortunately fat loss does not work that way. You cannot lose fat in just one area of your body. Your face and thighs will slim down if you slim down overall, that's just how the human body works.

The only way to lose fat in a particular area is to lose fat overall. So I would recommend your basic healthy diet and moderate exercise regime.

Consider yourself lucky they don't go to your stomach, at least not yet. And yes saying "I eat a lot" indicates a starting point.
