Weight loss=no period😳 Um, what should I do?

Anonymous
So I'm 17, and used to weigh 145lbs (I'm also 5'4) and over the last 2 years I've totally changed my diet, and Started eating a LOT healthier. I eat around 1700-1800 calories a day and I'm not very active except for walking/biking so I'm not under eating. But the thing is, ever since I reached and started to maintain my final goal of 120lbs, I haven't had my period. I'm not sure why though because I'm not under weight. My last normal period was when I weighed 130. So, should I like try to gain some weight back to see if it returns? Its hard because I seriously only gain weight in my stomach, so when I had my period I was a slim girl with a chubby stomach, which I'm not too crazy about. (I've tried strength training to gain muscle, and I still only gain stomach fat. Genetics?)
Forget about the weight! I think you should gain some back to fix your period.
I wouldn't regain the weight. Just ignore the period loss.
