Does anyone know any easy vegetarian recipes for a 15 year old girl to make?

I've been a vegetarian for about a week and I feel like all my meals are really just snacks, so it's kind of boring. I still eat seafood and dairy because it's a lot easier for me to get my protein that way. I'm also trying to eat healthy as well so I don't consume junk at all. Anyways if you guys have any recipes or meals you think I can make please answer. I really want to stick with being vegetarian.

P. s. I hate broccoli and cauliflower.
