Fish are not vegetables. You might want to call yourself pescetarian from here on out, just to avoid any possible confusion. Also, protein is not an issue. Humans require 2.5-5% of their daily calories to come from protein, which is incredibly low. It's actually physically impossible to become protein deficient on a calorically sufficient diet, so there's no need for the seafood or dairy to get protein (google "the protein myth"). In fact, vegetarians have higher risk for nutritional deficiencies than vegans do because of the fact that they still consume dairy, since it blocks the absorption of many nutrients, namely iron. You might want to research a high carb low fat lifestyle, it's done wonders for my health and is the most sustainable way to be vegan or vegetarian. Just type in "HCLF" or "high carb low fat" into pinterest, youtube, google, or instagram for some recipes. I love "The Vegan Corner" on YouTube and love their recipes. I also have the Thug Kitchen and Forks Over Knives cookbook which was so worth the purchase :).
Check buzzfeed. They usually have a bunch of recipes.
We are vegetarian and have been for over 20 years some of our meal staples are
Indian food
Pizza/pasta and other Italian dishes can be made with no meat
Greek food
Various soups including vegetable, corn & potato chowder, cream of mushroom & broccoli, tomato
Rice dishes including curry, and cheese
Stir fry
Vietnamese and Thai foods
Mexican (look for "fat free" beans)
Many of these can be purchased frozen in a TV dinner style or found in the ethnic food areas of the grocery. Get creative, and hood on you.
Tofu? There's a lot of good recipes with tofu. Black bean burgers, spaghetti squash, veggie soup, stuff like that

Just kill me if I ever even entertain the thought to be a vegetarian. Sorry I am no help... good luck with your quest.
if you're 15 you can handle any recipe at all.
