My roommates are away, so i got to see what I actually consume on my own. While I usually have more variety , I am assuming it comes to at least the same amount of food if not more, as my weight is 2 pounds less than a week ago and I have been under the whether, so not active relative to how i usually am (usually very active!)
This week cost 100$. I was/ am still, surprised. Way more than I thought I spend. I never eat out and I do not cook elaborately - if at all.
Way too expensive. I am aiming for half that amount , though preferably a third of that amount. Yes obviously I am a vegetarian , obviously get tons of protein. And vitamins lol
