If it wasn't a case of eating before hand (especially stuff like milk), vomiting is often a sign of pushing yourself too hard. That being said, some people are more prone to vomiting. The only way I can imagine to try and stop the upchucking is to take it a bit easier in between your sprints. Also make sure you drink water and eat healthy. Throwing up can make you dehydrated.
As for the need to poop while running, the general rule I've been taught by cross country is that "piss urges go away mid run, poop just intensifies." (Hence why the guy's team always had a traditional "pre race dump" lmao)
So essentially, I'd try and go to the bathroom before hand, even if you don't necessarily feel like you need to. If you don't, it may the be the case that your body is on a routine schedule. Like you may be regulated to the time when you are working out.
One other possibility, if this was a case where you almost shit yourself, is that you were pushing yourself too hard and lost "control." This is a relatively common issue along marathon runners, but I suspose it could happen with intense sprint training too.
Soooo... On the whole...
I would prescribe an easier run so you don't overexert yourself and cause strain on your body. Also, make sure you eat right and stay hydrated 👍

I was almost in the same situation. I once poorly decided to go jogging almost right after having a big meal. Needless to say, dem potaters were resurfacing in my mouth with every step.
Your lacking proper nutrition, losing electrolytes and don't the wrong kind of exercise without enough breaks! Drink protein shakes, build lean muscle, do NOT skip meals. Supplements will also help. And most of all, get plenty of good night sleep without stress. If this keeps up for another day or two, stop all activity and get to a doctor so that he can monitor your health. He will give you a proper regimen to work out on. I believe all that and stress is what's doing it. Leave out all junk food and eat plenty of meats, pasta, vegetables and fruits. Water is a must!
