Here is a few photos of me:
i mean eye bags. under my eyes.
There are an blank area. and that indicates i have lost them.
Depression can be so debilitating for the sufferer. Depression and sadness does not only have a detrimental affect on your mental and emotional state , but also on your physical appearance too.
Obviously to know the best form of treatment to reduce dark circles you need to know the cause , treat the cause first. There's many causes.
They can be reduced through a healthy diet , exercise, lots of sleep and reduced stress levels in your life. Or try to respond differently to the stress and anxiety. Drink plenty of water too.
I'm a Beauty Therapist and most clients are concerned about under eye dark circles.
The skin around the eyes is the thinnest and most delicate, that's why it’s one of the first areas to show the signs of discoluration and aging.
Fluid can gather under the area too. Massaging gently under the eyes ( with a specialised eye cream) can help remove fluid. Which reduces puffiness
In extreme cases lightening creams such as hydroquinone can help improve discoloration (which you don't appear to need)

Restylane eye cream can reduce puffiness too
. Retionl is a great cream to increase cell turnover
If people use creams they need to follow the instructions correctly with continuous use to see results
A good remedy that apparently works for this is cold spoons. If you keep 2 spoons in a freezer for a while, then lightly press them under your eyes, it helps to cool and take out some of the swelling.
Also, (don't quote me) try not to drink a lot of water right before you go to sleep. I have been told that these fluids build up there.
These, along with obviously trying to get as much sleep as you can, should hopefully try and help. (Ps - I honestly didn't even notice your eye bags on the pictures).
I might mixexplain this issue.
i had some volume under my eyes but i have lost that volume afterward. i actually mean that by saying eyebags. i have no any volume in that spesific area anymore :/
You mean like a dark shadow under your eyes? You have lower back pain? I think you're worrying too much tbh. Just find a way to look after your emotions. Keep active and face your fears. That will help you look after your kidneys! It's unlikely that you've dramatically changed your appearance in a week. Many people (including myself) have had tumultuous emotions throughout their life, and still look pretty decent and young (least, I think so!). Again, it all comes down to looking after your emotional health and finding ways to worry less.
I'm not really sure, if it changed in that short of a time frame then chances are time and relaxation will help since its not do to loss of collagen (which would require years of sun exposure and weathering). So make sure your sleeping properly (8 hours to much or to little can be detrimental to your health) and maybe something to relieve stress.
I see, thanks a lot.
Not a problem, hope it helps.

Well, I believe there is a difference between sleeping a lot and actually getting a goodnight rest/sleep... Most people sleep, but rarely get actual rest... You must exhaust yourself to get a good sleep... In my opinion... And I'm not sure if there is a way to gain back the weight in this specific part of the face... But I suggest not making it worse by worrying too much about it... Be happy how you are and try to get sound sleep... Not just sleeping a lot... The quality of sleep is more important than all the hours you sleep...
I believe. A good healthy diet full of good fats and protein along with good exercise can help any person'so overall appearance!
Buy Eucerine original for very dry skin and apply it all over, especially before you sleep on your face... I don't know if it will do any difference but from my personal experience it makes me look nicer in the morning 😛😁!!!
If you can't fix it, just don't make it worse and be happy!! You'll look better 😛!!
Also if you do cardio, try not to do more than an hour.. It's better to do weight lifting than long hours of a cardio workout... Cardio is good for the heart but bad for your overall appearance.. So my advice is to do cardio everyday but limited.. And try pumping your hear by doing faster reps doing weights rather than running... Or It will age you really fast if you do long hours of cardio...
thanks for this helpfull opinion.
i care of sleep so much. but my sleep is really too bad because i often wake up at night sleep.
Sleeping is really so important as you tell. when i get great sleep, i dont recognize myself on the mirror. because i look really so good and feel the difference from the people's reaction outside who see me.
Also i notice when i eat healthy and good and get some rest by lying down on the bed, i feel some small wiggles on my face. probably i can feel the collagen producing on face or cell divisions. i dont know wether if you feel the same or not tho. but i asked this to a lot of people and all they say they dont feel the same like me.
I think the problem is you worry too much about it and very self conscious about it... And it affects the way you look because worrying equals stress!! Try not to be so worried about it... Just eat healthy, lots of veggies, less sugar more protein and do lots of activities that will tire yourself out during the day so that by night time you're exhausted and fall into a deep rest to get your beauty sleep! 😛!!! And forget about thinking too much about wrinkles or circles etc.. Etc... Just be happy!! 😁😛!!
Thanks for your recommends :/
Just make steps and goals and you will slowly be able to make them dissapear including eating one to two full meals a day or your body will start rejecting itself. AKA the human body goes into stasis self caniblism mixed with bloating. (The main reason so many diets that involve starving doesn't work.)
PS: try to make the meals you eat have varrying colors. Or else you might get sick of eating the same thing. I find for me Advacado's helped me as they had the texture mashed up of eating something unhealthy but really its healthy, thus psyching myself out. (Advacadoes are brain foods/fuel's like one of the top ones too.)
I personally think you look fine. I however don't have any suggestions you could try. Our bodies changes over the years and there's not super much we can do about it, unless we operate and try to alter our looks. I say you look good though man, don't stress it
I understand. Thank you girl :P
I know of no natural way to put the bags back under your eyes. You could go get collagen injections, but I don't recommend it and it is temporary.
But to me, you look just fine.
And you don't look old either.
Do what you can to get out of the depression. Good luck.
Thanks mate.
My own Roomie has been Asking me the same thing, @crazyymann, and the Older a Person gets the More The..."Fat Deposits," which these Baby Bags are Called.
Try Hemorrhoid Cream is Supposed to be good for this. Also, go Online and find Something that You can Also use for this. There a few Good products that May help.
However, probably, your Best from the Rest is to Get them Surgically Done, hun.
Good luck and No worries, you are Pretty cute. xx
Thank you so much :)
Well, you are asking about adding fat... most of the comments are ways to reduce the puffiness.
The cucumber/cold packs etc. will deduce the blackness (because the cause the blood vessels to constrict that are making the area dark)... but will not get you back the fat under your eyes.
I don't know any way to fluff it back up.
thanks mate.
You mean eye bags?
Well there's a few things you can do:
Sleep more
Dab room temperature coffee over your eyes
Cold cucumbers
And of course creams and serums.

Yes i mean eye bags, sorry my English is not good.
i have compeletely lost them. as you see me on photos, there are blankness under my eyes. there were not blank area before this depression and i look a lot young even people thought i was 20-22 yo as appearance
lol what he is talking about isn't even eyebags ha ha, i am the only guy here who actually knows what he wants. Will i just say it? Hell no.
Here's a trick I've heard about but haven't tried. Mix Olive oil, coffee grounds and honey. Apply it under the eye keep it on for ten minutes or so and wash off. But don't get it in your eye. I don't know if it works it's just what my grandma told me
interesting...
Thanks tho.
People pay big money to get rid of bags under their eyes so be happy yours have gone. However if you really worried see a doctor to rule out under lying health problems
my problem is lack of volume. Actually not bags.
It could be the quality of your sleep contributing to the issue, or even a change in your sleeping habits. I tend to sleep 4 hours a day, but when I sleep more than that, I can barely look in the mirror. Sometimes a chilled washcloth or eye mask helps.
by the way, you look fine and I really don't see anything that you should worry about.
It could have something to do with your diet. Maybe your sodium (salt) intake is too high, or perhaps you are drinking alcohol. Make sure you are getting the necessary vitamins as well.
If that doesn't help, you could always use makeup.
I will try to lower the salt. i never tried. Thanks for info :)
I meant so say that perhaps you are drinking (too much) alcohol. You can still drink alcohol obviously.
Sorry about the typo.
I've never gotten the alchol in my whole life :D
Ok, then that must not be the issue. I hope limiting your salt intake helps then. Good luck
Thanks so much.
I don't think it exists. Maybe it's because of dehydration? Or aging.
But typically people who want to make that area "fatter" have under eye injections (collagen I think).
hyaluronic asid works there but its temporary solution and not natural.
Get quality 7-8 hour sleep but not more
Get a facial at the spa to relax the muscles
A mask to fix up that skin if you want
Drinks butt loads of water
Exercise
Eat your greens
And find things to do that give you pleasure. But not hurting anyone that is
There's a plastic surgery trend for this in Korea called, the look is called Aegyo Sal, that's probably the only way to gain volume back in that specific area.
Do you know its permanent or temporary solution?
and have an idea about costs?
Change your diet, exercise more, and drink plenty of water. Any junk food that you eat, you need to limit that. Always keep your face moist with natural products.
Thanks, i try to do all and care myself. That still doesn't work :/
i didn't even had weight loss when it happend.
Im very sure it happend when i thought a lot.
Troid? No i went to hospital for that. All tests are OK.
There are no long term " natural" ways! You can use make up or mask. But injections are the ones that will do the job!
hmm fat injections are not reliable. its even risky
vitamin E. comes in a small vial and is a clear liquid. a small amount every night will tighten that up within a week or two.
Will try. Thanks mate.
no probs bro
You want to get the bags back? I've never heard of that. lol
You look good, man. Don't worry about this.
my bags are totally gone. old people even have them under their eyes but mines are totally lost and that affects the light is absorbed, so i look all the time tired and older.
The Normal one is reflecting the light so people look younger with eye bags under their eyes. because there is fullness under eyes.
Use Vaseline. Rub it under your eyes before bed, sleep with it on, and in the morning you will see a difference.
At least that is what I use, and it works.
Vaseline moustiser, right?
A few people here told this. Thanks, i will try it :)
Take more salt out of your diet and drink more water. Bags are often water retention or allergies.
Thanks, i will try :)
It happens to me a lot.
i wonder why low taking salt targeting that spesific area? do you know how it affects there?
That's near the tear ducts.
