I think I eat way too many carbs, sodium and sugar so I'm just wondering if you think I should maybe start buying lean meats and fruits/veggies? If you have any suggestions please go ahead. I'm also exercising so that's a factor. Thanks
Well your body needs carbs too, so don't eliminate them altogether. But like, change how much of each you eat and drink.
And remember, to lose weight, it isn't just what you eat and drink. It's how much. Basically, just decrease the amount you eat until you are losing 1 pound per week, up to 1.5 lbs (don't lose more than that). Drink more water, sleep well, and exercise :)

Almost certainly, yup. Unless you vastly increase your caloric intake anyways.
