Thrush treatment: is it best to wait till after my period?

I forgot to ask my doctor. My period is due tomorrow but usually it's later than what the tracker says but there's no guarantee it will be late. I have a 3 day treatment. Those who have experienced this dilemma is it best to wait until afterwards?

I haven't had a period in years (for medical reasons) so I can't really answer your question, but if you decide to wait till after you might want to invest in some of the abut itch/ cooling wipes. They saved me while I was waiting for the prescription meds to work their magic.

I'm sadly more prone to UTI's. Nothing's like siting on the toilet for an hour to make you hate the world. lol. I hope your infection passes swiftly. I'm sure you know already, but Pay attention after sex (if you are sexually active) some men can carry the infection with no symptoms and pass it back to you.
