I want to be more girly?

first off, I'm not like butch or anything.lol. but I am very much interested in electronics, comic books, science, video games--I'm pretty much a huge tech head. and my fashion sense is jeans, band tee, converses. on a my-opinion-of-a-girly day- skinny jeans, off the shoulder graphic tee, converses...

but I feel like all the guys, just wanna high five me and try to top my score in ninja blade, not actually date me. and I'm so use to the clothes I wear, I feel like I physically can't wear a skirts or heels or dresses, dead serious :/

but I want that to change...I'm a girl, I wanna feel like one. I want guys to see me, and see pretty and feel like they can approach me and hey, even date me.

anyone got any suggestions on what I can do to gain more confidence and act, well, act more like a lady?

I don't think you have to wear skirts and dresses to be girly, it's more opting for feminine fits and styles of tops instead of unisex tees.

instead of converse shoes, maybe try some cute flats to go with your skinny jeans (I personally can't do high heels on a daily basis, I don't know how some girls do it). The rest of your ensemble sounds girly enough to me (skinny jeans, off-the shoulder tee). But you may want to switch up the tshirt and go for something a bit more form-fitting or in a bright, fun colour (pink, light blue, etc) instead of graphics.

I don't know what you do now with your hair and makeup, but I think that can really make the difference between looking like a tomboy vs. like a flirty girl. Nothing drastic, since guys generally don't like lots of makeup and crazy hair, but maybe try wearing a little eyeliner, mascara and lip gloss, and wearing your hair down straight or with a few curls using a curling iron. (I don't know if you already do this/what your hair type is). Or get a new haircut to change your look.

Accessories might help if you like them: necklaces, earrings, rings, bags. And of course, a smile and cheerful attitude, which is probably most important. And don't change your style too too much, because you probably won't feel comfortable and everyone might wonder what happened.

Stay they way you are if ur happy, to get a guy jis occasionly put on some make-up wear dolly shoes even anything to give yourself a difference from just being friends with guys, Even try talking more femine and occasionly be sensitive might help :) x
