Not that high.
I've made out with my boyfriend plenty of times when one or both of us were already a bit sick and never has that resulted in either of us 'catching' it.
We don't live together but with us seeing/kissing each other on an almost daily basis, chances are pretty high that we've already been exposed to the same pathogens and created antibodies to fight it already, or been exposed to it from the infected person in early stages of the pathogens cycle, giving our body time to create antibodies before the pathogens-attack became full-fledged.
(kind of like vaccinations work.)

Extremely likely in fact 9.9/10 doctors recommend a blow job instead of making out.
Pretty high. Just being in the same room some time after they left or being within like 5-10meters of when they sneeze puts you at risk. Avoiding it can be tricky and honestly if you live together you should just accept the fact that you will have mostly the same colds and such. Its easier to ignore them as much as possible instead of crippling your relationship every time someone has the sniffles.
very good chance

Pretty close to 100%. You'd need to have a very strong immune system to be directly exposed to something like that and not get sick
If you don't live with each other, you're more likely to get one
No idea, but I always chance it if we're horny
Pretty darn good, I'd say.
The chances are probably pretty high.
Get well soon. You're gonna have a cold soon.
