If you knew a girl was doing this, would you be less likely to want to ask her out?
No matter what anyone says I'm gonna stick with it because I'm seeing fantastic results. I just need to know if this is something I should keep on the down low.
I think what you really wanted to ask is if your type of guy (that you are attracted to) knew you were so disciplined on that eating plan, would he want to ask you out. Of course he would!
Someone once said, if a person doesn't choose us, we weren't their best choice, and neither were they for us. We will ultimately attract and be drawn to those like us. If you are a healthy girl, you will have healthy guys interested in you. Do it for yourself and the rest will follow.
The second part is if you should keep it on the down low. If you want to talk about it, do it. Good luck!
As someone who stands only 5'6" and used to weigh in at 255 and lost 113 pounds, I know what it takes to lose weight. I wouldn't think anything of a woman weighing her food. Preciseness is a necessity when you're trying to lose weight, you don't want to be guessing and have your effort be all for naught because you guessed wrong. If anything I'd admire her determination to stick with it, and not think anything negative of it at all.

Why would that make you less attracted to a girl? I don't see the problem. You're eating healthy, trying to take care of yourself, nothing wrong with that. I think you're fine.
And for what it's worth, I think you look great the way you are.
Thank you! yeah, I would just be worried the guy would hear the plan and think- woah OCD
breakfast- 8 oz plain nonfat yogurt, 6 oz fruit, and 1oz plain oatmeal (before cooked)
lunch- 4oz cooked protein, 6 oz cooked veggies, 6 oz fruit
dinner- 4 oz cooked protein, 6 oz cooked veggies, and 8oz salad.
like, no snacking in between, no milk, no sugar, nothing with flour.
yeah, I would be worried he would think- no fun, or weird because I'm so strict.
Heck no, I admire someone who's trying to do something about this. We don't eat right, that is a good part of why we're so unhealthy.
Good for you and good luck sticking with it!
Thank you! I've already lost like 7 pounds from this and its only been a week. Other people who have done this have had major success and have kept it off.
Try not to go too fast, 7 lbs a week is too much--could make you weak or even sick
Thats the thing, I'm eating 3 meals a day full of veggies, fruits and protein. I do work out in addition, drink a ton of water. I haven't felt faint or felt sick.
JUst avoiding sweets and snacking is enough if you're getting exercise.
In essence that is what I'm avoiding. By cutting out flour I'm cutting out gluten which turns directly to sugar in your body. I have cut out snacking. I take a multivitamin in addition to this
