Increase activity level, decrease calorie intake. Fairly simple. Although the desire to lose weight in certain areas is rather futile, the body will take from where it wants to first. At my lightest my face was entirely too disgustingly skinny for my liking, yet I still had a bit of a stomach.
Hit up 24 hour I know its an obvious answer but you just gotta be motivated and go to the gym like everyday.
Count your calories that worked for me and I lost 45 pounds, and go outside for a walk when it's nice out, it helped me out alot.
Eat healthy and have a dance party. Really dancing can help a lot. Also going on runs and walks and jumping rope.
