Honestly in my experience the only way to do it, is to break the habit. You have to exercise control you may not feel you have and simply not give in. Continue to eat healthy and eat enough that you shouldn't be hungry, but if you do get into habit or boredom hunger try having a green tea or something of that nature.

Eat loads of food that will not make you fat, like vegetables or crackers.
Together with other meals they'll make you feel full though you have not taken lots of calories on board.
Try eating almonds, or carrots, they will fill you but don't have much fat in them

First, throw away all your junk food, if you don't have it in the house you won't eat it.
