Tips for controlling cravings?

So I currently weigh 158 pounds and want to get down to about 145. I exercise regularly, however my biggest downfall is food. I crave such junk and can't seem to control myself when it comes to eating... if I see it I need to eat it. Does anyone have any tips on this? Anything that might help me improve my eating habits and actually lose weight.
