I'm trying to lose some weight.
I've stopped eating junk food and taken out Cola drinks.
At work is the hardest cause during the afternoon I get really bad food cravings so I always go to our biscuit cupboard.
It's filled with five different variety of chocolate biscuits and five different variety of crackers.
I'm ok in the morning but in the afternoon I get those urges to get something.
Is there a way to stop this.
