You have cravings after the gym because you haven't eaten enough. Remember that every single cell in your body runs on glucose, and when you work out and convert that glucose into energy, you're body needs to replenish itself. Having cravings is your body's way of telling you to eat. You should never feel like you have to restrict yourself from fruits and vegetables. You can eat plants in abundance.

My guess is your diet is off and you aren't getting enough fiber and protein to keep you going and feeling full. Drinking a lot of water will also be super beneficial to your body and help you feel full. It is a mental battle - if you know you've had plenty to eat but feel hungry, then don't eat. It'll get easier when your body gets used to it.
Eat veggies?
They are very low on calories , they have a high bulk (they take up a lot of space in your stomach so you feel full) and is absolutely JAM PACK full of antioxidants.
