Im starting to struggle with craving foods how do I avoid that?

I had 2 bowls of ice cream and I’m trying not to get another but I’m really struggling right now. I feel out of control right now. I’ve been eating super clean and haven’t touched any sugar or carbs for almost 2 months and have been losing about 5-10 pounds per week depending on how often I go to the gym. I’ve been 165 at my heaviest so I’ve been trying to go back down to 100-110.
