I totally understand but you should kep in mind that girls have a much harder time dropping pound than guys. I weight 218 (and I hate it) but I've come down from 233 and that took fighting the whole way it wasn't easy. The first few pounds were a lot easier than any other. My jeans fit better and I can tell a difference but the scale doesn't move. So my advise is to try not to focus on the scale so much as what your body looks like. If you like the way your look don't worry about your numbers.
I want to weight less but I like having my B&B where they are.
Yes, I know. I lost 10 pounds last summer, and since then I have not been able to lose anymore; which was upsetting until I realized that it's not really the weight that bothers me, it's how much I /look/ like I weigh. I very rarely step on a scale, I find it to be very down-putting when I do. I just don't feel like my exercising is really working, I don't feel like I've gotten in shape. x_x
There is no magical extreme weight loss program. Those advertised as such are UNHEALTHY! The way you are losing weight is healthy. You don't want to lose more than a one or two pounds a week, and you should burn about 500-1000 calories more than you consume a day. Yes, it's slow, yes, it sucks, but you will get there. Perseverance! You can do it. Again: there is no miracle, stay away from fad diets or pills. Good luck. :))
Oh I know! I would never do any of those nasty unhealthy things. I just, I don't know, it seems like it's not really helping me a whole ton? Health wise, exercising makes me feel great, looks wise, I'm not getting anywhere.
Do you have a goal? If you know how much you want to lose, and decide to strive to lose, say.. 2 pounds a week, it may seem easier, seeing that you are getting somewhere.
I want to be 115 lbs at lowest, but I'm mostly shooting for 120 lbs even, but look like I weigh 115. xD
I'm currently 123-125 lbs; but I look like I weigh 130-135.
Thats not really overweight. How tall are you? 120 does sound good. If you work out, a lot of that is probably muscle too. The reason the numbers aren't going down could be because you are gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat. Do you know what your BMI is?
5'4. And I want to say it's muscle but I honestly don't think it is? My weight hasn't changed very much in the past...year. It's stayed a pretty stable 122-125lbs. As for my BMI, it's around 21, Normal BMI. And I'm not overweight, but I feel like a heifer x_x
Why are you trying to lose weight, then? Haha, I wouldn't worry about the numbers, you seem extremely heathy. Keep doing what your doing, maybe the issue is you're muscles aren't toned, haha, I know mine aren't.
Yeah, I don't worry a whole ton about the weight loss, I just fret about the image. x_x I don't want to /be/ 115 (though it'd be nice) I'd rather be 120-123lbs but /look/ like I weigh 115. xD
Then stay active. Toned muscles will look better than muscles that jiggle. Your number will go up, but you'll look great. :)
Yeah. :P I hope so. I seem to tone about as fast as baking cupcakes in a turned off stove. DX

You don't want to lose weight to fast, cause if you do then you will have saggy skin and I don't think you want that... Loseing weight isn't something done over night though I wish it was, just exercise and keep eatting right and the weight will come off. How long do you exercise for?
An hour. I exercise, I eat healthy, the weight isn't coming off, and I don't look any better. I just need something to help me along, maybe some different guidelines or something. x_x
Well, It's a little scattered depending on what I'm doing for the day. I try to do it at least 3 or 4 times a week if I can.
I also try to drink lots of water, I drink more coffee than necessary, and If I'm in the mood for a tasty drink I jut pick something like Sobe life water, vitamin water, propel. I've been off and on trying to lose weight for the past year or so, but I've only recently started to get really into it. Roughly around 3-4 months I've been getting really attentive to what I eat and exercising.
The best (and frankly only) way to lose weight fast is chopping off one of those pesky limbs. Pick an arm or leg you use the least and just hack it off. 20-50 pounds gone in under 5 minutes!

I know. And I've been keeping a healthy exercise routine and diet for a few months and I don't feel much change in my body. I do feel better; healthier, but I don't look better, which in turn makes me feel like sh*t mentally.

don't go to sleep after you eat.
tone your body as well as lose weight so you don't get flabby
Don't over exercise
Eat smaller portions(don't eat til your full) but more meals a day.That'll get your metabolism up
Poop everyday!
Try an aerobics, or yoga class for a good cardio workout
stick to it everyday & THINK SKINNY lol. These are tips I used to help my friend lose weight & she lost a ton, but she didn't tone herself so she's reeeeaaallly flabby. Hope I helped
Sorry to tell you, but there isn't a good way to lose weight fast. Unless you're going to start starving yourself - and please don't - I'd say keep doing what you're doing.

You'll love it. :D It's got tons of exercises. The weight-scale, Bmi and calories are a bit off, but the exercises are super fun.
