Laxatives and weight loss?

Ive been watching what I eat and working out every day for about 2 months now, and have lost 10 pounds. I have been plateaued for a bit and I plan to step up my workout to break this plateau. I only have 10 more pounds until I reach my goal.

However, I do notice that I um, go number 2 quite a bit less than I used to. I do consume fiber, and drink coffee, and even then I don't go as often as I would like. I know its up there, lol, and I want it out. I know that alone has got to be a couple pounds

So I have thought about taking a laxative for one day. I know I will not lose fat by doing this. I also know that dehydration is a risk- which is why I plan to make a couple pitchers of crystal light to replace the water I'm losing, and to take a multivitamin in addition.

I mainly want to use this as a cleanse and to get the excess waste out of me and to start fresh. I would like other opinions and to see it anyone else has done this before.

I do not intend on doing this regularly at all, I would do this as a ONE TIME DEAL ONLY.
