I drink a lot of water..
and I have a sports injury so I can't really use my leg so much...
also what are good laxatives that can be found at home?
Laxatives are an unhealthy way of losing weight
Injuries don't last forever
Water is a method of hydrating your body, not losing weight
So your best bet, is to let your leg heal first
- Visit a physical therapist to promote the healing time
then after that, excersize with light weights and high repititions OR use the cardio machines
- You are trying to turn fat into muscle, this is the healthiest way to lose weight
Possibly even take a yoga class, it will promote healing and help with your goals.
Tips:
- Never overdo it, if you feel yourself completely exhausted, take a rest. Don't set a time limit to your weight loss goals. It's called body-building for a reason.
- Bring some friends or some music; make sure that they motivate you or that the music holds some energy to drive your adrenaline while working out.

I got to a PT I've beeng going for a while and they said I should stay off my leg... so basically right now I can't drive or anything....
what about llike things for abs that I can do without using my legs?
Ask your PT about what excersises will not harm your leg. They had me doing stuff with a medicine ball after my accident and it helped a LOT.
I can't really feed you any advice because I'm not a licensed PT; I don't want to give you incorrect advice and have you harm yourself. Your best bet is to ask your PT what you can do to increase your recovery; that will get you back on your feet so that you can hit the gym again.
But take it slow, you don't want to wind up in the same shoes again.
Of course not lol
its just hard because I've been a perfessional dancer since I was 6.
not to sound cocky but I'm very flexible and I hate the feeling when you feel your muscles tightening up.
they said I'm going to loose my flexibility ...
You will, but you will also be able to work it back into shape. As a professional dancer, you and I both know that your muscles (if they aren't used) will naturally tighten back up and no.. you rnot going to lose all of your flexibility. There's no sense worrying about that, because the real goal is to be able to walk again.
Being as you already achieved your state of flexibility before, it's going to take half the time it did before to regain it. But I know how you feel =(
Wait hold up ur a dancer?
"Bboy" = Breakdancer. Yes I am, lol.
I'm not into latin/salsa/etc but I do like those styles. I'm certain your familiar with breakdancing.
Of course I am!
i do ip hop so most of it is break dancing ( or the stuff I incorperate)
thats so fun..
do you compete?
BBoying doesn't have any "real" competitions.. The closest you could get is called "Battles" where two bboy's get together to battle it out on the dance floor. They can really get crowds going. Props on the whole hip hop thing.. Something to pass your time while your healing is the Bboy page... Check it out, there's vid clips and tutorials, etc..

Thanks Ima def check it out.
well if you take your moves and form it into a dance you can compete
Eating healthy and moderate exercise usually does the trick.
eat three meals a day and exercise for at least half an hour a day. eat a lot more fruit and vegetables and less dairy but don't stop eating and drinking dairy products just eat less. it's all about balance.
