Weight loss QUICK? Tips please?!

I want to lose 5-10 lbs within a week. I've been going to the gym daily, and have been eating significantly less calories with much healthier food choices. I eat around 1200 calories now.

I've only lost about 5ish pounds in 2 weeks. but I still have like 10 pounds to go and only a week to do so!

Any tips other than starving myself or spending 5 hours at the gym?

There's gotta be a way to flush out some excess body fat or water weight quick...?
