How many calories are in flavouring sachet (instant chicken noodles) ?

For an example the noodle I eat is 260 calories (Maggi noodles ) if I add the sachet into noodles will I get more calories? Or they're included in 260 calories?

Yeah, that's all included with the calorie count. The calories are in the noodles, but the flavoring packet has almost all of the sodium. Usually those packets contain almost a full day's worth of maximum recommended salt consumption.

dude the satchet is just like broth... you'll add like less than 20kcal for it, it don't make a difference, eat fresh foods and exercise.. processed and tinned as worse
