Quickest...fastest...HEALTHIEST way to lose weight?

OK people...this is an emergency! I was just asked to be in a wedding 3 months from now, and I wanna look uber hot for it...i wanna lose 50 lbs! is this possible and how? help me get to my goal weight...please and thank you. -ash

Eat a lot more raw fruits and vegetables, especially the latter. Drink a lot of water. Limit sweets. Don't have more than 1,500 calories, but no less than 1,200. Go for walks, bike rides, swimming, jogging, any aerobic activity to burn calories. Lift weights to get more toned and build muscle (you won't get too big, girls can't. However, you will burn more calories just sitting around with more muscle, and clothes fit better, and you look slimmer). It is important to get enough sleep as well. Take a multivitamin. Just be healthy. If people decided to be truly healthy, they wouldn't have any issues losing weight. So, be healthy. Good luck! You will look great!

You should try this super secret, amazing weight loss program. Well, it's not really a secret, people used to do this all the time until someone realized that people are stupid and that they can pull some bull sh*t diet out of their ass and make tons of money off of it. Anyway, it's called eating right and exercising, I know it sounds crazy but it's worked for thousands of years, it's free, and you don't need to go to special weigh ins, get some books, use points to keep track of your food, and you don't have to starve yourself!

eat Fruit, veggies, and drink a lot of water...don't fast...you'll only gain more back and don't starve yourself because lack of carbs means your body will go to your protein source and use that for energy and no protein means hair will thin out and get very dry! seriously...happened to me once but I learned my lesson lol besides the usual exercise routine...just try and be active all day...keep yourself busy and don't nap...little things like that work. good luck :)

Ride a bicycle daily (minimum of 5 miles round trip with a course that includes lots of hills) while limiting your fat intake and drinking lots of healthy water. The pounds will melt off like butter in a microwave.

If you join a cycling club, this will be a lot safer and a lot more fun for you and the competition and support received in group activities will speed you further along to your goal than perhaps undertaking it alone.
