cut your calories and carbs down and stick to mostly protein (no simple sugars). work out with cardio and add strength training exercises such as squats, push ups, lunges and so on.
make sure that you eat at least 500 calories a day though because otherwise you're metabolism will lower and you won't lose weight and when you start eating again you'll gain more back faster. the b 12 shots are also a really good also =)

you should look into getting the b 12 shots, they are about 40 dollars week, but worth it, the dr gives a shot once a week and they give you vitamins an put you on a diet, nd I've lost 11 pounds in my first week! as for excerise...CARDIO! aerobic step, power walking, jogging.
The only way to lose wait is to eat healthily, and exercise a lot. All these diets you read in your magazines are ridiculous and don't work. Just replace biscuits and cholate with fruit. Cut down your dinner portions. Then go running everyday and you'll lose it.
