Eat like a diabetic 6 small meals per day, low GI > This is a lifestyle change- not a fad diet.
it will keep you feeling fuller for longer and stabilize your sugar/insulin levels.
Always eat a balanced diet- veggies/fruit, protein, carbs- when you digest it, all the food stands in a Q 2 b absorbed. Your body will take longer to digest, you won't feel hungry and eat less.
Your hands indicates your portion size. Carbs should be the size of your fist. Protein (white meat like pork, chicken etc) the size of your hand and as thick as you little finger. Red meat the size of your palm & as thick as your little finger.
Veggies/fruits almost twice the size of your meat. Avoid alcohol altogether! This is the most fattening substance you can take! Avoid fruit juice they are loaded with sugar! Never eat the same foods everyday- you want to get as many nutrients as you can. Eating the same food everyday means you OD on certain vitamins/ Minerals & lack other essentials that may cause you 2 put on weight. Good luck!

Just be active like play any sport as recreational and if you want to learn how to do proper curl ups and stuff like that then just search workout videos or how to's on youtube. Also something so simple as dancing is fun and goes a long way. What I do is make a "workout" calendar...I have all my workouts listed and cross them off when I'm done for each day...So I try to have an X everyday to know I did something everyday.
Try an effective weight loss program, like P90x. I used it with supplements to gain size by upping the meal plan and cutting out some of the cardio. It was a nice change from 100% weight conditioning and I know use it as an interval in my weight training.
Similarly, someone could use it solely for weight loss by upping the cardio and sticking to the nutritional plan.
cut out all junk food, fast food, sodas. walk walk walk, if your sitting at the computer now with nothing to do go outside and walk, walk more than you sleep.
For a more extreme way you can become a vegetarian or start a rigorous training regime
