How do I act like a normal 'teenager'?

I know how dumb this sounds but I act really mature in real life like I'm 40+, and I don't know why😂

I need to integrate with normal teens... How can this be done?

How is 40+ yr old suppose to act? The only thing that ages is your body, if you mind is like a person that works a boring job, doesn't have fun, tired all the time then you need to loosen up. The only people that I know that say they act mature for their age is teenagers because they think so highly of themselves but to me it's just having common sense and being a decent person. People that say this make me want to avoid talking to them.

Don't, just be yourself. When I was a teenager I used to act like an old man. drive my bicycle to the mountain and stare at the meadows for hours I seemed only to need a cane. I never regretted best years of my life. I don't feel I am missing on something

Maybe you should just keep being yourself. Trying to be something you don't actually feel like being isn't comfortable, and may even lead to behavior that seems kind of faked. As long as you're chill and nice, you should be likable to every demographic. Maybe a few small tweaks here and there if you really want to, but don't go to such an extent that you no longer recognize yourself anymore. That's just my 2 cents.
If you're worried about being viewed as lame or something, just play sports and work out.
