I had started loosing weight a few years ago, 'cos man, I used to be fat. I just have a bit of a tummy, now, but I'd still like to feel like I've completed the effort. Thing is, I can't exercise properly because I'm still really shaky as blood sugars go - doing liberal amounts of exercise could be dangerous until I'm really used to it, but that could be next year you know?
So I was wondering, is there any way I can loose weight without exercising excessively, or changing my diet?
