Weight Loss Tips.. Please?

I work about 4 times a week, I'm 16. 5'8 about 150lbs

I'm not fat, I have a big butt theo.

I work out between 2 to 3hours a day. For 4 days.

I would love to loose about 10lbs nothing to hard to reach. But what are great ideas/tips. To make results appear faster.
