I'm not fat, I have a big butt theo.
I work out between 2 to 3hours a day. For 4 days.
I would love to loose about 10lbs nothing to hard to reach. But what are great ideas/tips. To make results appear faster.
less calorie intake. healthy calories. I.E. chicken, beans, salad, oats. etc. drink only water, or drinks with zero calories. you're not going to be losing any weight if you sipping down a gallon of orange juice and milk a day, while eating foods like mcdonalds. harder workouts. stay away from white bread.
Good food, regular exercise, and don't forget if you stop the weight will come back, so its a good idea to diet for life not just to reach a goal...

What exactly do you do for exercise?
Alittle bit of everything, from lunges, to running, to lifting weights,those bikes, and stairs, and things in between.
Oh,there,I see.Girl...lunges and squats are known for shaping butts and thighs....I suppose you have muscle rather than fat,so apparently there's no way to lose muscle
But my tummy isn't all flat ether,
Well how can you flatten you tummy/stomach
If your tummy has "fat" then cardio;running,jogging,speed walking,dancing,swimming etc.
Along with a combination of ab exercises such as curl ups and sit ups.
