My boyfriend created this meal plan for me to help me lose weight and finally be skinny:P
I've been on it for 1 month so far,but I get hungry at times.
my workout plan is
Monday is 30 minutes of biking,30 minutes of jump roping,30 minutes of elliptical trainer
Tuesday is 1 hour of pilates,3 minutes of jump roping,30 minutes of walking/jogging intervals
Wednesday is 30 minutes of biking,30 minutes of jump roping,30 minutes of elliptical trainer
Thursday is 1 hour of pilates,3 minutes of jump roping,30 minutes of walking/jogging intervals
Friday30 minutes of biking,30 minutes of jump roping,30 minutes of elliptical trainer
Saturday is biggest loser video and 30 minutes of walking/jogging intervals and 20 minutes of speed walking
Sunday is 30 minutes of walking/jogging intervals and 30 minutes of biking

I've done it for 1 month and I've lost some weight.I still have weight to lose: )
