Toning up and not losing weight?

Hey guys, hows it going? Just a quick question. I've been working out on a daily basis for the better part of... 2-3 months. Most of my workouts are heavy cardio (basketball and running) to very light lifting. As of July I weighed 223 pounds, and now I'm down to 214 in December.

So my question is, wouldn't I be losing more weight? The scale has stayed the same for a few months now, but I'm getting compliments that I'm losing weight!

Thanks guys! Yeah I've stopped caring about my weight. If I keep working out, then no complaints. I'm eating healthy, and what not!
