i have the perfect thing for u:
first of all start your day with jogging or other cardio exercise
at 8 o clock am have cereal with milk
around 10 have some nuts
at 12 have lunch consisting of something meaty( chicken or fish if possible, try avoiding pork)+ some rice or mashed potatoes - no bread
at around 4 pm have a light snack (I eat fruits :P)
around 6 o clock go for a run or do some exercise
at 8 have dinner consisting of something meaty + rice or mashed potatoes - like lunch
Basically you loose weight when you burn more energy than you consume. Yhis diet should booster your metabolism and the exercises involved will contribute to the burning of fat. Walking or climbing stairs isn't good enough. I lost 30 kilograms in 5 mounths but it was really hard and I don't advise you to do as I did :P I ate too little food, I skipped breakfast had a sandwich for lunch and a bow of soup for dinner and I ran 10 kilometres daily :P running is the fastest way to loose weight but its dangerous if you have weak heart. I manage to do so much exercise with so little energy consumation because of my good genes :P not everyone has them you know

I used to be over wieght really bad and I am down to my last few lbs. So make sure to have five meals a day. The meal must follow the food pyramid. Ur body needs different types of nurtient to stay healthy. You must also look deep down with your self and find out if there is a emotional reason why you are not losing wieght. Excerise is a must. Make sure you are happy. Stress and unhappyness makes it harder to lose wieght. Have a work out buddy to motivate you.
I lost a lot of weight from diet alone when I went vegetarian. I also have a vegan friend who has lost a noticeable amount of weight, probably around 20lbs because that's how much people generally lose unless they're super fit to begin with. Hope this helps!
